- Be in its original packaging
- Not be a personalized item (unless defective)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.

If you have received a defective or non-conforming item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
